At 57, Cardalda boasts a rich coaching background, having collaborated with Guardiola and served as an assistant at clubs like Almeria and Real Sociedad. Post his tenure as a head coach, he spent several years in Asia, where he guided teams such as Al-Jazira and Al-Nassr.
