According to Ira Winderman, the Miami Heat's current plight is a blend of flawed tactical strategies and the head coach's unwavering conviction. Spoelstra is now compelled to embrace change, a move he successfully executed during the era of the big three. The concern lies in the fierce competition in the Eastern Conference, where a single defeat could spell disaster by season's end—just a handful of wins might separate the team from the top ten. It's imperative for the team to halt their experimentation with novel approaches and swiftly return to their established norms.
